Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) - Car Loan

CTC: Up to 4 LPA
About the Role
We are hiring enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executives (BDEs) for our Car Loan vertical. The role involves acquiring new customers, building strong relationships with dealers and partners, and achieving sales targets in assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and acquire new customers for Car Loans.
Build and maintain relationships with automobile dealers, DSA, and other channels.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Conduct customer meetings, explain loan products, and assist with documentation.
Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
Provide excellent service to enhance customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate / Postgraduate (any stream).
0-3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (preferably BFSI, Auto, or NBFC).
Should have good knowledge of the local market.
Skills Required
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Target-driven and customer-focused mindset.
Ability to build and maintain dealer/partner relationships.
Basic understanding of loan products (preferred).
