Job Description

Progbiz is a fast-growing IT solutions provider specializing in delivering innovative ERP solutions to businesses of all sizes. We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team and drive ERP sales.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in ERP sales. Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Understand client requirements and propose suitable ERP solutions. Collaborate with the technical and pre-sales teams to create tailored proposals. Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations with prospective clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in CRM tools. Keep updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new ERP features.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of proven experience in ERP product/service sales. Strong understanding of ERP modules and their business applications. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online research. Strong problem-solving and client-handling skills.
