Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Assist the BDM in planning and executing marketing and business development strategies. Identify potential clients through research, calls, and networking. Maintain and update leads database and track follow-ups. Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of client requirements. Assist in organizing promotional activities, events, and campaigns. Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Report daily/weekly progress to the BDM.

Key Skills & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 0-2 years of experience in sales/marketing (freshers can apply). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work under guidance. Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM tools. Enthusiasm to learn and grow in business development.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
