Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our IT company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads in domestic and international markets. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Prepare proposals, presentations, and service agreements tailored to client requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree 1 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT sector. Strong understanding of software solutions, SaaS, IT services, or digital technologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel all over Kerala
