Role & Responsibilities



Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and digital channels. Meet homeowners, businesses, and builders to explain solar benefits and solutions. Understand customer needs and prepare accurate quotations. Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into sales. Coordinate with the technical, filing, and accounts teams for smooth project execution. Maintain daily reports and update CRM/lead tracking sheets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Requirements



Proven experience in sales (solar sales preferred). Excellent communication & negotiation skills. Basic understanding of solar rooftop systems (training will be provided). Ability to travel for client meetings. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and confident personality. Must own a two-wheeler (preferred).
