Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate new leads, communicate with potential clients, and help expand our CDMO / third-party manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with pharma marketing and distribution companies for contract manufacturing. Generate and manage leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and trade networks. Understand client requirements, prepare costing and quotations in coordination with the production team. Maintain a database of leads, quotations, and follow-ups using CRM or Excel tools. Achieve monthly lead conversion and order targets. Build long-term relationships with clients through regular communication.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Business. 1-3 years of experience in pharma marketing, third-party manufacturing, or CDMO sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
