The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, visiting colleges and institutions, and promoting the organization's products and services to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit colleges and institutions to promote courses and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and students.
Conduct seminars, workshops, and promotional events to create brand awareness.
Generate and follow up on leads through field visits, calls, and networking.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional strategies.
Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or reports.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets assigned by the management.
Provide regular feedback and market insights to improve business strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or educational marketing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel for field visits and promotional activities.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
