Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporates, travel agencies, and event planners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the resort's revenue growth.
Represent the resort at networking events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Coordinate with the internal team to deliver seamless experiences to clients.
Requirements:
Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Hospitality preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
