Role Overview:



As a

Business Development Executive (BDE)

, you will drive sales growth in the residential architecture sector. Your role includes identifying opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals while working closely with our design team. This hybrid role offers flexibility and performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation:

Identify prospects via market research, referrals, social platforms, and industry events. Build a robust pipeline of residential clients (individual homeowners, builders, developers). Qualify leads through needs-assessment calls, onsite meetings, and tailored presentations. Partner with real estate brokers, contractors, and interior designers for referrals.

Client Relationship Management:

Engage potential clients through meetings, calls, and presentations. Understand client needs and propose tailored architectural solutions.

Sales Conversion:

Guide clients from inquiry to contract closure, negotiating terms and finalizing agreements.

Market Intelligence:

Analyze trends, competitor activity, and pricing to refine strategies.

Reporting:

Maintain CRM records and provide weekly sales reports.

Qualifications:



2-3 years of BDE experience in

real estate, architecture, or interior design

(residential projects preferred). Proven track record in meeting sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and social media for lead generation. Self-driven, adaptable, and adept at working in hybrid setups. Local market knowledge (Noida/Delhi-NCR) is a plus.
