The ideal candidate should be skilled in market research, lead generation, and client communication, with a good understanding of apparel manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research
S2C / D2C apparel brands
requiring manufacturing partners
Generate leads through online platforms, social media, LinkedIn, exhibitions, and industry networks
Reach out to potential clients and introduce our manufacturing capabilities
Coordinate with internal teams to understand production capacity, pricing, and timelines
Arrange meetings, calls, and follow-ups with prospective brands
Maintain a database of leads, inquiries, and client communications
Support negotiations and close manufacturing orders
Build long-term relationships with brands for repeat orders
Requirements:
Experience in
apparel sales, business development, or sourcing
(preferred)
Knowledge of
men's apparel - shirts & trousers
is an advantage
Understanding of apparel manufacturing, CMT, MOQ, timelines, and quality standards
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups
Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets for lead tracking
