Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers (cold and warm leads)
Identify customer needs and explain Bizpole services clearly
Promote services such as
GST Registration & Filing, Company Registration (Pvt Ltd / LLP), MSME, Trademark, ISO Certification, Accounting & Compliance Services
Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into customers
Maintain daily call reports, lead details, and follow-up status
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service execution
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Achieve daily activity goals and monthly sales targets
Skills & Qualifications:
Good communication skills in
English, Telugu, and Hindi (preferred)
Basic knowledge or interest in sales and customer handling
Willingness to do cold calling and regular follow-ups
Ability to explain services in a simple and convincing manner
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn
Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
