The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities by meeting Bankers, DSAs, and channel partners. The role involves generating leads, scheduling appointments, building strong relationships, and ensuring consistent business growth. The candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet Bankers, DSAs, and Channel Partners to promote company products and services.
Plan, schedule, and manage daily/weekly meetings to generate new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Bankers and DSAs to ensure regular lead flow.
Actively source new tie-ups and partnerships to expand the business network.
Follow up on leads, convert prospects, and achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain and share daily meeting reports and business development activity updates.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (Finance or Banking sector preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong partner relationships (Bankers, DSAs, Channel Partners).
Target-oriented with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Good understanding of financial products like Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, Personal Loans, etc.
Willingness to travel for meetings on a daily basis.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
