Job Summary
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role involves lead generation, product pitching, coordination with partners, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into successful business deals.
Present and promote company products (Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, etc.) to potential customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and financial institutions.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
Achieve monthly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Requirements
Education Qualification intermediate or Any Degree.
1-5 years of experience.
Vehicle Mandatory
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive.
Basic knowledge of financial products (Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance) is an advantage.
