Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented
Business Development Executives
to join our team. This role is open to both
freshers
looking to build their career and
experienced candidates
seeking growth in IT services and sales.
Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and generate new business leads.
Assist in creating and executing strategic sales plans.
Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, or social media.
Maintain client databases and prepare regular reports.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth.
Attend client meetings and help with presentations or proposals.
Qualifications:
Freshers:
Any Graduate (preferred: BBA, B.Com, MBA, or similar)
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of sales or IT services is a plus
Willingness to travel and learn
Experienced (1-3 years):
Proven experience in B2B/B2C sales or client handling
Strong negotiation, presentation, and CRM skills
Ability to manage sales cycles, targets, and team coordination
Experience in IT, software, or service-based industries preferred
