Telesales Executive
to join our team and be the first point of contact for potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and pitch digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Website Development, etc.).
Explain service offerings clearly and persuasively to generate interest.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to convert them into customers.
Maintain a database of leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets set by the management.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create effective strategies for lead conversion.
Provide accurate information, handle objections professionally, and build strong client relationships.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales/telecalling (experience in digital marketing sales will be a plus).
Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
Confident, persuasive, and result-driven personality.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing services will be an advantage.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
