Job Title: Business Development Executive

Salary: Up to 25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

We specialize in guiding students toward achieving their higher education dreams in top international universities. We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our Bangalore branch and play a key role in expanding our student outreach and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential students interested in pursuing overseas education.
Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, partners, and stakeholders.
Generate leads through events, seminars, social media, and networking activities.
Achieve enrollment and revenue targets by converting leads into successful admissions.
Maintain accurate reports of client interactions, pipelines, and closures.
Work collaboratively with the counseling and admissions teams to ensure smooth student journeys. Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
0 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or counseling (preferably in education/study abroad consultancy)
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand student aspirations and recommend suitable programs/universities.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
Fluency in English & Hindi (knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage). What We Offer
