Requirements:
What You'll Do:

• Build, expand, and manage a network of veterinary hospitals, clinics, boarding centers, pet shops, breeders, and pet service providers.
• Onboard partners and affiliates who can refer clients needing domestic and international pet relocation services.
• Foster and maintain strong B2B relationships through field visits, presentations, and continuous engagement.
• Identify and cultivate new affiliate opportunities and co-marketing partnerships.
• Educate partners on pet relocation offerings and ensure alignment with quality and trust standards.
• Track and report on performance metrics, affiliate conversions, and relationship health.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or partnerships, preferably in the pet industry (pet food, vet pharma, grooming, accessories, etc.).
• Strong local network within veterinary hospitals, clinics, and boarding/hoarding facilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for building lasting relationships.
• Willingness to travel locally to meet potential partners in person.
• Self-driven, organized, and enthusiastic about growing a niche, high-impact business vertical.
