Job Title: Business Development Executive - B2C (EdTech)
We are hiring a motivated and target-oriented
Business Development Executive (B2C)
to join our EdTech sales team. The role involves counseling prospective students, understanding their career goals, and converting leads into enrollments for online courses.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students/leads provided by the company
Counsel students regarding courses, fees, and career opportunities
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programs
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in CRM
Handle objections and close sales efficiently
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth enrollment
Requirements
0.6 to 3 years of experience in
B2C Sales / Inside Sales / Business Development
EdTech sales experience is good to have
Graduate in any discipline
Strong communication skills in
English & Hindi
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Willing to work from office at
Noida Sector 15
