Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven B2C Sales Executive to drive enrollments for our EV and emerging technology courses. The ideal candidate must have prior EdTech sales experience, a Bachelor's degree in engineering/technology, and a basic understanding of the electric vehicle industry and its career landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Generate enrollment leads and convert students/professionals into paid course registrations.
Conduct counselling sessions to understand student needs, career goals, and recommend suitable EV programs.
Build and manage a pipeline of leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Explain course modules, training outcomes, job opportunities, and certifications clearly.
Maintain daily/weekly reports on leads, conversions, revenue, and communication.
Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales targets.
Support webinars, workshops, and events for student outreach.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
/Technology (Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive preferred).
1-2 years of
B2C
sales experience in the
EdTech industry
(mandatory), Fresher may also apply.
Understanding of electric vehicle technology, industry trends, and career paths.
Strong communication, counselling, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage sales targets, metrics, and reporting.
Comfortable with high-volume calling and student interaction.
