Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Specialist (B2C Sales)
to drive direct bookings and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and wildlife tourism, with a strong ability to connect with potential guests, understand their preferences, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Drive
direct sales
by handling inquiries via calls, emails, and online platforms.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual travelers, families, and small groups.
Understand customer preferences and suggest personalized packages to enhance their experience.
Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
Manage the booking process, ensuring seamless coordination between guests and operations.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
2-4 years
of experience in B2C sales, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or wildlife tourism industry.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Strong customer service orientation with a consultative sales approach.
Proficiency in CRM software and digital sales tools.
Passion for wildlife, nature, and sustainable tourism is a plus.
