We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented
Business Development Executive
with experience in
international outbound sales
to handle the UK market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, building strong client relationships, and closing sales deals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential UK-based business clients through
research, networking, and cold outreach
Conduct
outbound sales calls
to generate and qualify new business opportunities
Build and maintain
long-term relationships
with clients
Negotiate and close sales deals
, ensuring documentation and compliance requirements are met
Develop and execute
sales strategies
to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Collaborate with internal teams to
enhance productivity and client satisfaction
Track and analyze
sales performance metrics and activities
Stay updated on
market trends, competitors, and business opportunities
Provide
post-sales support
to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Required Skills

Qualifications
Minimum
HSC qualification
2+ years of experience
in
B2B or outbound international sales
(UK process preferred)
Prior
BPO / international voice
experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits

Up to ?40,000/- per month (based on experience)
