Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for AV & electronics products.
Generate leads via cold calls, networking, digital platforms, and industry events.
Pitch solutions, prepare proposals, and drive deal closures.
Client Engagement
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and system integrators.
Understand customer requirements and align product offerings to their needs.
Ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Market Development
Research competitor activities, pricing, and emerging technologies in AV & electronics.
Build partnerships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, and promotional events.
Sales Coordination
Work closely with technical and marketing teams for solution demos and presentations.
Track opportunities and maintain CRM reports.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of AV systems, displays, conferencing solutions, or electronics products.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in Business, Electronics, Marketing, or related field.
2-6 years of sales/business development experience in
AV, IT, or Electronics industry
