We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Business Development Executive (BDE)
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting the growth of our Australian KPO operations.
Key Responsibilities
:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Australian market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Assist in the development and execution of business strategies to achieve growth targets.
Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience
:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the KPO industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience working with clients in Australia or international markets is a plus.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting targets.
