Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client needs and propose appropriate products, services, or solutions.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in CRM systems.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
