This role involves identifying business opportunities, driving the end-to-end sales process, and nurturing client relationships. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in cybersecurity offerings and skilled in solution-based selling to B2B clients.Requirements:Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and generate new business opportunities in the cybersecurity space.
  • Sales Process Ownership: Manage the full sales cycle-from lead generation to closing deals across services such as Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, SOC, SIEM, and NOC.
  • Client Engagement: Build trusted relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored cybersecurity solutions.
  • Solution Selling: Communicate technical offerings clearly, aligning them with client needs in areas like vulnerability assessment, threat monitoring, and incident response.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to support business strategy.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, track KPIs, and provide accurate sales forecasts to leadership.
Key Deliverables:
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to attract and retain clients.
  • Communicate service value propositions effectively to prospective clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in the cybersecurity domain.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to manage the sales lifecycle and close deals, preferably in technical services.
  • Cybersecurity Knowledge: Familiarity with key solutions such as PenTest, SOC, Threat Intelligence, Incident Response, and Managed Security Services.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Strong negotiation skills with a consultative, relationship-driven approach.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, managing multiple clients and priorities.
  • Networking: Proven ability to connect with decision-makers across various industries.
