Academic Counsellor
, you will play a crucial role in guiding learners while also driving enrollments and revenue growth -- blending empathy with business development.
Roles & Responsibilities
Counsel prospective learners to understand their career goals and recommend the right programs.
Manage the end-to-end admissions cycle -- from lead conversion to successful enrollment.
Drive revenue targets by achieving weekly/monthly enrollment goals.
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to nurture leads and close admissions.
Build strong relationships with learners by addressing queries related to curriculum, placements, and career outcomes.
Collaborate with marketing and placement teams to align sales strategies with student needs.
Maintain records of learner interactions and provide insights to optimize conversions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0-2 years of experience in sales, counselling, or business development.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Proficiency in Kannada (R/S)
Ability to understand learner needs and convert them into enrollments.
Goal-driven, with a strong focus on achieving targets.
