Position: International Business Development Executive (BDE) Type: Full-Time | On-Site Experience: 2-4 Years in IT Service Industry Company: Vidhan Infotech Private Limited

We're looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team and contribute to our expanding IT services portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate leads through online and offline channels. Engage with clients to understand business needs and present suitable IT solutions. Prepare tailored proposals and negotiate deals to achieve targets. Conduct market research to explore new business opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in the IT service industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. Understanding of IT services -- software, web, and mobile app development. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with platforms like LinkedIn or Upwork is a plus.
