Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and generate demand for the companys product portfolio by engaging with doctors and OT staff in the assigned territory.

Ensure complete coverage of targeted doctors and hospitals as per company-specified classifications.

Implement sales strategies to meet territory-specific retailing targets.

Attend surgeries as per weekly plan to provide product support and clinical consultation.

Collect and share relevant market intelligence and competitor activity with the Area Business Manager (ABM).

Collaborate with distributors to ensure timely product delivery, stock availability, and hospital supply chain support.

Strictly follow company systems, ethics, and values in all professional conduct and communication.

Job Specification:

Minimum Qualification:

Science Graduate (B.Sc., B.Pharm, etc.) Preferred

Non-Science Background: Considered only with a minimum of 2.5 years of current experience in a healthcare company

D. Pharma Candidates: Must have a minimum of 2.5 years of relevant healthcare industry experience

Experience:

Healthcare industry experience is mandatory

Science Graduates: Minimum 2 years

Non-Science Graduates: Minimum 2.5 years

D. Pharma: Minimum 2.5 years

Age Limit:

Up to 35 years

Fitness Requirements:

Must be physically and mentally fit

Should not have any communicable diseases

Must be willing to undergo a medical check-up, if required

Basic Skills Required:

Computer Literacy: MS Excel, MS Word, Internet

Communication: Fluency in English is mandatory

Strong domain knowledge in the current field of work is essential

Key Competencies:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Good presentation and negotiation abilities

Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach

Willingness to learn and adapt to the clinical environment

Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Working Conditions:

Field-based role involving regular travel

Must be flexible with working hours, especially to attend surgeries or hospital calls

Must be open to working in clinical/OT environments
