Position Overview

The Senior Business Development Executive will play a critical role in

expanding regional presence, increasing student enrollments, and developing institutional partnerships

across South India. This role demands a self-driven professional with strong local market exposure, multilingual communication skills, and experience in education sales or training services.

Core Responsibilities

Generate and convert

student leads

for healthcare, clinical research, and IT training programs. Establish and grow

institutional partnerships

with colleges, universities, training centers, and corporates. Execute

regional sales and outreach plans

to achieve enrollment and revenue targets. Conduct

career counseling sessions

, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective students. Organize and deliver

seminars, webinars, workshops, and roadshows

in regional languages. Work closely with marketing teams to support

regional campaigns and on-ground promotions

. Track leads, conversions, and pipeline data using

CRM systems

. Prepare and submit

periodic performance, forecast, and market insight reports

. Travel within assigned territories to support expansion and partnership activities.
Eligibility Criteria

0 to 7 years

of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Student Enrollment (EdTech preferred). Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed

sales and enrollment goals

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Fluency in

one or more South Indian languages

(Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam / Marathi). Strong command of

English and Hindi

. Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, or Bachelor's degree in Technical or related discipline.((BE, BTECH, MCA, BCA, BSC , MSC, BPHAM. MPHARM) )Comfortable using

CRM tools, digital lead platforms, and virtual engagement methods

.
Preferred Experience

Exposure to

healthcare, pharma, clinical research, or life sciences education

. Experience working with

academic institutions, vocational institutes, or skill development centers

. Ability to design and execute

language-specific or region-specific outreach initiatives
