We're seeking energetic and persuasive Business Development Executives to drive our growth of our client by scheduling high-value appointments for our senior officials. We are looking for people to thrive in a fast-paced environment, love connecting with people, and have a knack for turning interest into opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and ensure relevance to our business goals
Initiate contact via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage prospects
Schedule appointments and demos for senior officials with decision-makers
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies
Requirements
0-2 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or inside sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of sales funnels and B2B outreach
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
People with an engineering background (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil) background would be preferred.
