We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive with 3-4 years of experience in a service-based environment. The candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through tailored service solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities across domestic and international markets
Generate leads through various channels like cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and industry networking
Understand client requirements and align them with suitable services offered by the company
Prepare and deliver client-specific proposals, presentations, and pricing
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities in CRM tools
Collaborate with the operations and technical teams to ensure client expectations are met
Stay updated on service offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's/ Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
3-4 years of experience in business development, preferably in a service-based company (e.g., IT services, consulting, staffing, digital marketing, facility management, etc.)
Proven track record in B2B lead generation and client acquisition
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience working with CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot
Ability to understand and pitch service-oriented solutions based on client pain pointsExperience in upselling and cross-selling services
