Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.

Client Relationship Management

Build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers. Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.

Sales & Revenue Growth

Pitch products/services to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Market Research & Strategy

Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns that attract new clients.

Collaboration & Reporting

Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to align strategies. Prepare reports on business development activities, for ecasts, and performance metrics.
Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Negotiation and persuasion abilities Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month

Experience:

Sales: 3 years (Required) * In steel Industry: 3 years (Preferred)
