Job Description

A Business Development Executive (BDE) is primarily responsible for driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and converting leads into customers.

Unlike an Account Manager, who nurtures existing clients, a BDE is the "hunter"--focused on expanding the company's reach and entering new markets.

Key Responsibilities

The role is a mix of strategic planning and outbound sales activity:

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Researching and identifying potential clients through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events. Pitching & Presentations: Developing customized proposals and delivering presentations that showcase the company's value proposition to decision-makers. Relationship Management: Building rapport with prospects and maintaining a pipeline of potential deals. Market Analysis: Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to identify gaps and new revenue streams. Negotiation & Closing: Handling objections and negotiating contract terms to finalize deals. Cross-functional Collaboration: Working with marketing to align lead-gen campaigns and with product teams to provide feedback on client needs.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,756.50 per month
