Business Development Sales and Tele Sales Representative

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining the benefits of Odoo ERP, and closing sales deals.
The role requires excellent communication skills, knowledge of ERP solutions, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Cold Calling:
Identify and contact potential clients through direct visit, outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
Customer visit:
Visit customer location for sales and closures.
Product Presentation:
Clearly explain the features, advantages, and benefits of
Odoo ERP
to potential customers.
Needs Assessment:
Understand customer requirements and recommend the best Odoo solutions.
Sales Conversion:
Persuade prospects to schedule demos, sign up for trials, or purchase the software.
CRM Management:
Maintain and update customer records, call logs, and sales activities in a CRM system.
Follow-ups & Relationship Building:
Keep in touch with leads, provide additional information, and nurture relationships to drive sales.
Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs in the
Middle East market
.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in
Sales, inside sales of ERP software sales
.
ERP Knowledge:
Familiarity with
Odoo ERP
or other ERP systems is a plus.
Language Skills:
Fluency in
English and Arabic
(preferred but not mandatory).
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Sales Ability:
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
Tech-Savvy:
Ability to learn and explain software products effectively.
Customer Focus:
Understanding of business needs in various industries.
Self-Motivation:
Goal-oriented with a proactive sales approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
Any graduate
