Desoutter Industrial Tools is a business line within CP Tools division which is a part of Industrial Technique Business Area of Atlas Copco Group.
We are looking for a young, dynamic, self-driven, result oriented, Business Development Specialist to drive the growth of automation sales.
This position is under the marketing organisation with direct line reporting to the Business Development Manager. The position calls for extensive all India travelling and highest level of customer engagement and collaboration with internal teams.
Mission
Your mission is to proactively engage with selected key customers, machine tool builders and system integrators, work closely with front line sales and project organisation to create unique value proposition for the customers and drive business growth of strategic key products and sales efficiency.
Job description * Engage proactively with potential key customer projects to drive business growth of strategic key products from the proposal stage in collaboration with frontline sales and project proposal team

• Work closely with selected machine tool builders and system integrators and act as the bridge between projects and sales to drive growth of automation sales and assembly solutions formulizing technical specifications of the RFQ and create unique value proposition
• Act as the bridge between sales, project organisation and the end customer for the large projects to optimize Desoutter offering and drive sales efficiency
• Collaborate with Inside Sales and Front-Line Sales to drive growth of Automated Robotic Guidance and End of Line Vision Inspection System.

Experience requirements
Experience in handling smart automation industrial solutions, assembly tools, software solutions, PLC etc.
Educational requirement
Engineering from the field of Electronics/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/Software/Mechanical /Information Technology
