Business Development Engineer: Cement and Construction Materials.

Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Engineer to join our team in Mumbai. This Entry Level position is perfect for recent graduates with a degree in Civil Engineering who are passionate about the construction industry and eager to develop their sales and technical skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining new and existing relationships with clients in the construction sector, including RMC Manufacturers, contractors, builders and developers.

Visiting the relevant sites and offices on an ongoing basis for sales and collections

Providing technical support to customer, understanding his needs and the products applications related to cements, fly ash and GGBS (Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag).

Collaborate with senior sales professionals to engage with clients through presentations, product demonstrations and technical consultations.

Conduct market research to identify potential leads and track industry trends.

Participate in relevant training and workshops to enhance knowledge of products, market dynamics and sales strategies.

Preparation of sales proposals and technical documentation to aid in the sales process

Attend trade shows, industry events, and meeting to represent the company and gain exposure to the market.

Contribute to the development of marketing materials that effectively highlight products benefits and technical specifications.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in civil engineering or a related field (recent graduates are welcome).

Strong interest in business development, sales, and the construction industry.

Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Basic understanding of construction materials and their applications is required.

Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (word Excel, PowerPoint).
