Provide pre-sales and limited post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Perform market research, competitor analysis, and client mapping.
Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and project opportunities using CRM tools.
Support marketing campaigns, trade shows, and customer engagement activities.
