We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
Generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, emails, and social media.
Understand client needs and present appropriate solutions to meet their business requirements.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project delivery.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM tools.
Key Skills Required:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and client-handling skills.
Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in B2B or B2C sales (preferred but not mandatory for freshers).
Understanding of the industry or domain relevant to the company's services/products.
