We're looking for a dynamic

Business Development Manager

to drive our sales growth across

E-commerce and B2B channels

. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in

online marketplace management (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)

,

strategic business expansion

, and

relationship-building

to strengthen our brand presence and revenue.

What You'll Do:

Develop and execute growth strategies across online and offline sales. Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations -- listings, pricing, promotions. Identify and convert new business opportunities (distributors, retailers, institutions). Build strong partnerships and drive sales performance. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide strategy. Collaborate with internal teams on marketing, logistics, and demand planning.

What We're Looking For:

1-7 years of experience in

Business Development & E-commerce Sales

. Strong understanding of

B2B and online sales ecosystems

. Proven record in achieving sales targets and business growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Education: Bachelor's in Business/Marketing (MBA preferred).
