: Decon Infratech is looking for a result-oriented Business Development professional to drive growth in MEP, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Electrical, Civil & Infrastructure projects. The role focuses on client acquisition, tendering support, lead generation, and relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities in MEP / Infra / Commercial & Residential projects Source leads through: Consultants, architects, builders & developers Tender portals (GeM, CPP, State portals, private tenders) Direct client meetings & references Coordinate with internal teams for: BOQ understanding Costing support Proposal & quotation submission Attend client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions Follow up on enquiries, negotiations, and order closures Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business Track tenders, enquiries, and pipeline using Excel / CRM Support management with market intelligence & competitor analysis Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate / Diploma (Engineering or Management preferred) Experience in construction / MEP contracting is highly desirable Good understanding of: BOQs Tender documents Commercial terms Strong communication & negotiation skills Comfortable with targets and performance-based work Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & email communication
