Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify, research, and reach out to potential clients across multiple industries.
Generate leads through online platforms, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and build high-quality leads.
2. Sales Strategy & Deal Closures
Pitch digital marketing services such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, SMM, Branding, etc.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and service plans based on client requirements.
Negotiate pricing and close deals to meet monthly revenue targets.
Follow structured sales techniques to boost conversion rates.
3. Client Meetings & Communication
Schedule meetings (virtual/in-person) to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
Conduct clear, persuasive, and impactful sales presentations.
Build trust-based relationships for long-term collaboration.
4. Client Coordination & Retention
Maintain consistent follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Work closely with marketing and operations teams for seamless onboarding.
Maintain strong retention by ensuring clients receive expected results.
5. Market Research & Performance Monitoring
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and digital marketing best practices.
Suggest new strategies to improve lead generation and sales performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2-4 years of proven sales experience
, preferably in digital marketing or advertising.
Excellent English communication & interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and deal-closing skills.
Confident, self-driven, and able to work with monthly targets.
Ability to build long-term client relationships and manage multiple accounts.
