We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with 2+ years of experience to join our growing team. This is a target-based role where you will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle outbound/inbound sales calls and convert leads into customers
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets
Identify potential business opportunities and generate leads through research and networking
Generate leads and convert them into clients to meet sales targets
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts
Desired Skills:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (2+ years)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and achieving sales goals
Knowledge of digital marketing and technology services is a plus
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales
Strong understanding of sales processes, business principles, and financial performance
