Identify, qualify, and acquire new customers (B2B) in the fintech and BFSI segments.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Understand clients' business needs and recommend suitable fintech solutions such as digital payments, lending platforms, investment tools, or neobanking services.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic pipeline management.
Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales pitches and campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in fintech.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
2-6 years of sales/business development experience in fintech, BFSI, SaaS (like LOS and LMS), or technology-driven financial products.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of fintech products such as payment gateways, POS solutions, digital lending, investment platforms, or API banking.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Comfort with CRM tools and MS Office Suite; familiarity with digital sales channels.
