Job OverviewKey Responsibilities

  • Map organizations in regard to business units, influencers, sponsors, and power sponsors.
  • Identify business drivers to associate optimal services and solutions.
  • Work closely with inside sales to build the right strategy to gain optimum results.
  • Tight coordination with operational / delivery teams as it pertains to new opportunities.
  • Building a robust pipeline and delivering the quarterly and annual quota targets.
  • To identify and close new clients and/or partners for RWS.
  • Deliver revenue growth goals established in conjunction with executive and Divisional management.
  • Build strong internal relationships with the people responsible for executing what you have sold.
  • Provide appropriate management updates, ensure Salesforce is updated to support data driven activity effectively and solicit feedback and direction when appropriate.
  • Leverage professional network within the hi-tech markets to enhance awareness of RWS brand and showcase portfolio of services and solutions.
  • Devise and drive lead generation programs and campaigns, interacting with partners, networking, cold calling campaigns and effective messaging to close new logo deals.
  • Identify and maximize opportunities in the hi-tech markets to close new deals to achieve agreed targets.
Skills & Experience
  • A demonstrable history of developing new services business and building long term relationships within the hi-tech enterprise markets.
  • Track record of hitting and exceeding new business sales targets within our target markets.
  • Highly proficient at building and maintaining professional relationships and expanding connections through diverse platforms and events.
  • Ability to cultivate collaboration and build partnerships, contributing to collective success.
  • Proven ability to secure meetings with key stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions in order to present and sell RWS Global Solutions
  • Excellent communication skills; able to actively listen and command respect from clients.
  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs and targets.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.
