Business Development & Growth Marketing Executive / Senior Executive - B2B SaaS & IT



Job Summary



We are looking for a high-impact Business Development & Growth Marketing professional with 4+ years of experience across B2B SaaS/IT sales and performance-driven digital marketing. The ideal candidate blends outbound sales expertise with data-led marketing execution, enabling full-funnel ownership--from lead generation and pipeline building to conversion optimization and revenue growth.

This role requires strong experience engaging C-level stakeholders across US, Middle East, UK, APAC, and European markets, along with the ability to align sales outreach, marketing campaigns, analytics, and CRM automation to drive measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Drive outbound prospecting via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and social selling. Conduct consultative discovery calls to identify customer pain points and position SaaS/IT solutions effectively. Engage and influence C-level and senior decision-makers to create qualified pipeline opportunities. Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closure. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Lead Management & Pipeline Ownership

Identify, research, and qualify leads using ZoomInfo, Lusha, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Navigator. Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene and forecasting using Zoho CRM, HubSpot, and Microsoft Dynamics. Track opportunity progress, conversion ratios, and sales velocity.
Growth & Performance Marketing

Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads with a strong ROI focus. Optimize PPC, SEO, and SEM strategies through keyword research, on-page optimization, and SERP tracking. Design cross-market campaigns adapted for regional audiences (Europe, India, US, Middle East). Drive funnel growth through lead magnets, landing pages, and targeted content strategies.
Content & Brand Marketing

Develop and manage content assets including blogs, newsletters, whitepapers, and social media campaigns. Support brand positioning and storytelling aligned with go-to-market strategy. Design creatives using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Figma for sales and marketing campaigns.
Outreach & Campaign Execution

Build and optimize call scripts, email templates, and outreach sequences by industry and geography. Execute multi-touch campaigns using Outreach.io, Salesloft, Mailchimp, and Netcore Cloud. Continuously refine messaging based on engagement metrics, A/B testing, and feedback loops.
Data Analytics & CRM Automation

Track and analyze campaign and sales performance using GA4, Tableau, HubSpot, Salesforce. Apply Power BI and SQL (in progress) for deeper insights, reporting, and decision-making. Automate workflows and lead scoring to improve conversion efficiency.
Cross-functional Collaboration

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams to align revenue, growth, and brand objectives. Share insights on customer behavior, objections, and market trends to improve strategy and execution.

Experience & Qualifications

4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS/IT Sales, Business Development, or Growth Marketing roles. Proven experience selling and marketing to global markets (US, Middle East, UK, APAC, Europe). Demonstrated success in quota achievement, ROI optimization, and pipeline growth. Experience working in remote, fast-paced, and performance-driven environments.
Education

MBA/MSC in Marketing/Communications/Management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
