About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven
BD
with experience in selling
IT Services / CMS platforms (WordPress, WooCommerce, Magento), custom eCommerce solutions, and Digital Marketing services
including
SEO, PPC/Google Ads, Meta Ads, SMO, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing
to international clients. The role involves
end-to-end sales ownership
, from lead generation and requirement analysis to proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
Generate high-quality leads through
LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, cold calling, freelance portals (Upwork, etc.), industry databases, and online research
for global markets.
Understand client requirements for
Digital Marketing services (SEO, PPC/Google Ads, Meta Ads, SMO, Content Marketing)
as well as
CMS and eCommerce solutions (WordPress, WooCommerce, Magento, custom development using React, Node, PHP, Laravel)
.
Conduct discovery calls, analyze business goals, and recommend
suitable digital marketing packages or custom web/eCommerce solutions
.
Prepare and present
proposals, SOWs, pricing models, and solution pitches
, collaborating with internal technical and marketing teams.
Manage the
complete sales cycle independently
, including negotiations, deal closure, and achieving revenue targets.
Build and maintain
long-term client relationships
, identify
upsell/cross-sell opportunities
, and support smooth client onboarding.
Update
CRM and sales pipeline
, stay updated with market trends, and contribute to overall sales strategy improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
2-7+ years of international sales experience in Digital Marketing services / IT sales (CMS & eCommerce development)
Strong understanding of SEO, SMO, PPC/Google Ads, Meta/LinkedIn Ads, content marketing, WordPress, WooCommerce, Magento 2 & custom development stack.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive).
Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage full sales cycles independently.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and objection-handling skills.
