Seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our software company as a Business Development & Digital Marketing Executive. This entry-level role involves generating leads, managing digital marketing campaigns, and converting prospects into customers to help expand our footprint in local and global markets.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential customers through cold outreach, inbound leads, and referrals.
Make at least 10 cold calls daily to generate new business opportunities.
Utilize knowledge of top freelancer websites (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer, Guru) to find potential leads and clients.
Manage leads efficiently using CRM systems and other marketing tools.
Convert qualified leads into customers by understanding their requirements and presenting tailored software solutions.
Develop, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns primarily on LinkedIn and other relevant social platforms.
Manage and grow the company's digital presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google Ads.
Prepare engaging presentations and create social media advertisements using tools like Canva.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, SaaS promotion, and the software industry.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
Basic understanding of business development principles and processes.
Familiarity with cold calling techniques and lead generation.
Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
Awareness of top freelancer portals for client acquisition.
Digital marketing fundamentals, including social media campaign management.
Ability to create appealing marketing content using design tools like Canva.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
