Job Description

We are looking for Growth Focused individuals to join our team at Dollars & YOU as a Business Development Executive (IT) cum HR.

As a BDE, you'll be responsible for -
- Research and identify new project opportunities on Upwork and other websites
- Prepare and submit compelling proposals that effectively showcase the company's capabilities
- Manage client relationships, from initial contact to project completion
- Negotiate project terms and conditions

HR Part -

To post job ads on job boards and social media platforms. To take time to time follow ups of the candidates by call or text to avoid any communication gap. To interact with the applicants on call ,text and via mail .
Requirements:

Proven experience as an online bidder on freelance websites especially Upwork. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
