Role Overview
The Corporate Sales Manager will drive
B2B sales growth
by acquiring and managing corporate accounts for office lunches, events, bulk party orders, and recurring meal services. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute corporate sales strategy for Chennai and surrounding markets.
Identify and onboard corporate clients (IT companies, banks, startups, co-working spaces, etc.).
Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR/Admin/Procurement heads.
Pitch and customize Kurryzo's offerings: daily meals, event catering, festive orders, snack boxes, etc.
Meet monthly revenue targets through direct sales and partnerships.
Coordinate with operations and store teams for seamless execution of orders.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with corporates.
Track sales pipeline, maintain CRM data, and provide regular MIS reports.
Represent Kurryzo at networking events, exhibitions, and tie-ups.
Work on all phases of the end to end sales cycle including
Pre-sales presentations
Client persuasions
Conducting negotiations clients
Drafting quotes and proposals
Identify new clients
Build Client relationships
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate/MBA preferred, with
5-8 years of B2B corporate sales experience
(FMCG, catering, hospitality, or food tech background preferred).
Proven track record in
corporate client acquisition
and managing key accounts.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and well-connected in Chennai corporate circles.
Ability to manage multiple clients and ensure service excellence.
