Overview:
We are looking for driven, business-focused professionals from B2B sales, corporate sales, or commercial real estate backgrounds who are eager to build a career in corporate real estate advisory. This role is suited for individuals who enjoy client-facing work, understand consultative selling, and can take ownership of revenue generation.
As part of the Business Development team, you will work closely with internal advisory teams to acquire corporate clients, understand their office space needs, and support deal execution. The role demands strong client engagement, follow-through, and a closure-oriented mindset.
What You Will Do
Initiate conversations with corporate decision-makers to introduce APS services and set up meetings
Engage with startups, SMEs, and enterprises to understand office space and real estate requirements
Build and manage relationships with CXOs, Admin, HR, Procurement, and Founders
Coordinate client meetings, calls, site visits, and follow-ups
Prepare and submit proposals in coordination with internal teams
Support negotiations and deal closures in collaboration with senior advisors
Cross-sell APS services across advisory, leasing, and design & build
Maintain accurate client and lead data in CRM
Track opportunities and contribute to revenue growth initiatives
Stay updated on market trends, business districts, and client movement
Who Should Apply
Professionals with experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or commercial real estate
Strong ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Comfortable with field work, meetings, and business development activities
Self-driven individuals with a revenue and growth mindset
Prior real estate exposure is an advantage, but not mandatory
Experience & Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
Good time management, planning, and follow-up discipline
Confident, organized, and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
